In Harmony™ builds exclusively on the Wix platform. Domain registration, hosting, and business email (Google Workspace) are billed at the provider's cost and reimbursed by you — the same rate anyone pays, no markup. Already own a domain? It can be connected at no extra registration cost.

Website Ownership Policy

Upon final payment, you receive full administrative access to your Wix website, domain ownership, hosting access, business email administration, and all website files and branding assets. In Harmony™ retains no ownership interest after all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

How It Works

A simple, guided process from first conversation to launch.

  2. Free 30-Minute ConsultationWe discuss your goals, audience, functionality, branding, content, timeline, and investment. No pressure either way.
  3. Order FormOnce you're ready, you complete our official Order Form: organization and contact info, package and add-on selections, logo/branding status, domain information, and preferred start date.
  4. Proposal & DepositYou receive a project scope, timeline, and invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before development begins.
  5. Design & DevelopmentWe design and build your site, configure your selected features, integrate your branding, optimize for desktop/tablet/mobile, and share preview links along the way.
  6. Review & RevisionsYou review the site and request edits — unlimited during the design phase for the Standard Website and Complete Suite Package.
  7. LaunchOnce the remaining balance is paid: your site is published, your domain is connected, we complete a final walkthrough, and ownership transfers to you.
Estimated Design & Development Timeline
30–60 Days, Deposit to Launch

Timeline depends on your package and how quickly content is submitted. We build one page at a time, perfecting desktop, tablet, and mobile views before moving to the next, with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins along the way.

Payment

Deposit: 50% of your total package price, due to begin work, non-refundable once paid. Balance: remaining 50% due prior to final approval and launch.
